Rev. Ray J. Watson, MDiv, MSSE, Board Chair

Ray Watson, MDiv, MSSE, is the Co-founder and Board Chairman of KCO. He is an assistant principal with over a decade of experience in education, dedicated to fostering academic excellence and student growth. As an ordained Reverend, Ray has been actively involved in ministry, bringing spiritual guidance and support to his community. He also leads the men's ministry at his local church, where he inspires and mentors men in their faith journeys. Ray's dual roles in education and ministry highlight his commitment to service and leadership. His passion for nurturing both minds and spirits has made a profound impact on countless lives. As the Board Chair of KCO, Ray helps steer the organization toward its strategic goals.

Natasha Brown Watson, MDiv, MS, Executive Director

Natasha Brown Watson, MDiv, MS, is a voice of wisdom and hope in both the marketplace and ministry. She is an author, Bible teacher, and the Book Publisher and CEO at ELOHAI International Publishing & Media. Natasha also serves as the director of supernatural services & communications at her local church. With a heart for missions, a dedication to prayer, and a love for storytelling, Natasha's passion is to help God's people experience and thrive in complete victory. She is the bestselling author of several publications, including 52-Week Devotional for Women, The Absence of Excess, and 10 Blessings of Betrayal. Natasha joins KCO’s board with fifteen years of experience in non-profit leadership and a heart for God and His people.

Andrea Rodriguez, Prayer Ministry Director

Andrea Rodriguez is a lover of Jesus, an encourager to help people rise, and a Minister to speak God's Word. She is the author of the book, Love, Scars & Butterflies: A Daughter's Journey with Depression through a Mother's Eyes. She is an entrepreneur of a beauty brand, Prospect by Sunshine Rose, that helps women find their beauty and shine bright for the world to see. Andrea is the host of the JUNTOS we Rise podcast where individuals have a platform to share their journey of rising. She is a mother to two beautiful daughters and one handsome grandson. Her love for Jesus has helped her overcome many trials. This love assists her in sharing with others and helps them to experience the love of Jesus. Andrea is a prayer warrior and intercessor for God's kingdom, which is a great blessing to KCO.

Kettlie Watson-Mingot, Treasurer

Kettlie Watson-Mingot has over twenty years of experience working with adults in special education, demonstrating unwavering dedication and compassion. As a mother of two, she balances her professional commitments with a loving family life. Known as a prayer warrior, Kettlie's deep faith underpins her approach to both work and personal life. Her servant's heart drives her to provide exceptional care and support to those she serves. Kettlie's blend of professional expertise and heartfelt devotion makes her a cherished figure in her community. Kettlie’s love for people and God make her an amazing asset to the board of KCO.

Ashby Rauch-Kidd, Tanzania Programs Director

Ashby Rauch Kidd has been a missionary in Kenya and Tanzania for almost twenty years. She currently lives in Tanzania with her husband and homeschools their four boys. She serves as the chair of the board for Visible Grace, a children’s home in Kenya which she founded in 2004. She is passionate about education, social justice, alleviating poverty, and being the hands and feet of Jesus to God’s people in Africa. Ashby is a great blessing to KCO and the constituents we serve, especially through our Tanzania Education Fund and Inland Global Business Project.

Bishop Stephanie Stratford, D.Min., Advisory Board Member

Bishop Stephanie Stratford is the Lead Pastor of Ekklesia International Church, headquartered in Brentwood, MD, USA., and the presiding bishop of Ekklesia International Network of Churches that provides apostolic oversight, biblical leadership training, and ministry support for pastors and future Kingdom leaders in the United States, Nigeria, Liberia, South Africa, Uganda, Kenya, and Belize. 

Bishop Stratford is a contributing writer for the YouVersion Bible App by Bible.com. She is the author of six books entitled: 

  • Living a Spirit-Filled Life 

  • God Speaks to Women: Lessons for the Millennial Generation

Bishop Stratford is a native of Washington, D.C., and has served in ministry leadership for forty-three years as a bible teacher, evangelist, pastor, and international speaker. She holds a Master of Ministry in Leadership degree from Richmond Virginia Seminary and earned her Doctor of Ministry degree from the HBCU, Virginia University of Lynchburg, Leonard N. Smith School of Religion in Lynchburg, Virginia. Bishop Stratford also completed the "Leader of Learning" certification program at Harvard University. 

Bishop Stratford is married to Deacon Thomas Stratford. She says her greatest treasures are her seven children, five of whom she homeschooled for seven years, and nine grandchildren. 

Shevis C. Brown, Advisory Board Member

Shevis C. Brown is a distinguished author and speaker, specializing in leadership training and development. As a certified John Maxwell Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, Shevis C. Brown brings a wealth of expertise and insight to empower individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. Holding an earned Doctorate degree in The Theology of Christian Leadership, Shevis C. Brown combines academic rigor with practical wisdom, guiding others towards impactful leadership rooted in faith and purpose. With a passion for helping others unlock their capacity for growth and success, Shevis C. Brown is dedicated to inspiring and equipping leaders to make a positive difference in their spheres of influence. Dr. Brown’s experience in ministry and wisdom in organization leadership is a great asset to KCO.
